The scheme, located on Poorhole Lane, will be funded by Homes England and will see Legal & General work alongside RP partner Town & Country Housing to deliver 153 affordable homes for shared ownership and social rent. Town & Country housing will offer a range of two, three and four bed houses through its trading brand, Love Living Homes (www.lovelivinghomes.co.uk). All homes have been designed to achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ‘A’ rating, a standard met by only around 1% of new and existing dwellings in England & Wales.
