Aaron Cooper

Founder & Construction Director

Aaron’s background is firmly rooted in carpentry and construction, and it is his passion for craftsmanship that Coopers was originally built upon.

Today, Aaron leads the construction side of the business, bringing extensive practical knowledge and an exacting eye for quality to every project. Working closely with our clients, consultants and project team, he remains involved in the key decisions that shape each Coopers home.

His understanding of how exceptional homes should be built continues to influence the standards, craftsmanship and attention to detail expected across the business.

Helena Baines

Business & Interiors Director

Helena oversees the business, client experience and interior design side of Coopers, combining strong project and commercial management with a natural eye for interiors and detail.

Helena also leads FORMA Interiors, the interior design and finishes division of Coopers, creating a seamless connection between construction and the finished interior.

Working across both sides of the business allows Helena to ensure the client’s vision remains at the heart of the project, while design decisions, budgets, procurement and construction are considered together from an early stage.

Matt Dobson

Projects Manager

Matt brings a wealth of construction experience and an extensive technical knowledge base to Coopers, playing a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.

With a deep understanding of construction methods, detailing and the complexities involved in delivering high-end residential homes, Matt provides experienced technical oversight throughout the build. His ability to anticipate challenges, resolve details and coordinate the many moving parts of a project is invaluable both on site and during the wider construction process.

As Project Manager, Matt oversees the day-to-day delivery of our projects, coordinating consultants, specialist trades, suppliers and site teams while carefully managing programme, quality and progress.

Working closely with Aaron and Helena, Matt ensures that design intent translates successfully into construction and that the exacting standards expected of a Coopers home are maintained throughout.

For our clients, Matt provides an experienced, knowledgeable and consistent point of contact — someone who understands their project in detail and has the technical expertise to confidently guide it through construction.

Tom Cross

Site Manager

Tom is our Working Site Manager, leading the day-to-day delivery of our extensions, refurbishments and smaller residential projects.

Combining excellent technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to construction, Tom works alongside our trades on site while taking responsibility for coordinating the works, maintaining quality and ensuring each project progresses smoothly.

For projects taking place within an existing home, we understand that the people on site matter just as much as the quality of the work itself. Tom is approachable, considerate and genuinely a pleasure to have around, something we know is incredibly important when we are working in our clients’ homes every day.

With a keen eye for detail, a practical approach to problem-solving and a real pride in his work, Tom embodies the standards and values we expect from everyone representing Coopers.

Ben & Logan

Senior Carpenters

Ben and Logan are our Senior Carpenters, bringing years of experience, skilled craftsmanship and a meticulous approach to their work.

Carpentry is where the Coopers story began, so maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship remains incredibly important to us. Ben and Dan play a key role in upholding those standards across our projects, from structural carpentry and complex detailing through to the precision finishing work that brings a home together.

Experienced, dependable and highly skilled, they work closely with our site and project management teams to solve details, maintain quality and ensure the craftsmanship behind a Coopers home is evident throughout.

Like everyone within our team, they also understand that working in someone’s home requires more than technical ability. Professional, respectful and approachable, they represent the values we want our clients to experience throughout their project.

Jenny Patey-Ford

Accounts Manager

Jenny manages the financial administration across Coopers, ensuring the accounts side of our projects and wider business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Working closely with Helena and our project team, Jenny oversees invoicing, payments and day-to-day accounts, helping to ensure the financial side of each project remains organised and well managed.

Friendly, approachable and always happy to help, Jenny is also a familiar point of contact for our clients and suppliers when it comes to accounts and payment queries.

Her attention to detail and organised approach provide an important layer of support behind every Coopers project, allowing the wider team to stay focused on delivering exceptional homes.
