About this project
Coopers were appointed by a developer to undertake the construction of three detached two-bedroom bungalows, delivering the development from the construction phase through to completion.
Built using traditional construction methods, each property features brick and block walls with pitched truss roofs, creating homes with a timeless residential character and a strong emphasis on quality and longevity.
The development was thoughtfully designed around comfortable, single-storey living, with well-proportioned interiors and a practical layout that maximises space and natural light. At the heart of each home is an open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating a bright and sociable space for everyday living.
Externally, each bungalow benefits from its own peaceful and private garden, providing a sense of space and seclusion while complementing the relaxed nature of the development.
Throughout the build, Coopers coordinated the various trades and construction stages to ensure a consistent standard of workmanship across all three properties. Careful attention was given to both the practical requirements of the homes and the finishing details, resulting in a cohesive development that balances traditional construction with modern-day living.
The completed scheme provides three attractive, low-maintenance homes that feel spacious, comfortable and welcoming, set within a peaceful and private environment.
