Coopers were appointed as the main contractor for the construction of an exclusive development of four high-quality detached family homes in the Kent countryside.
The development is being delivered across two phases, with the first phase focused on the construction and completion of Plot 1, which will become the development’s show home. The remaining three properties will follow in the second phase, comprising two substantial five-bedroom detached homes and one four-bedroom detached home.
Each property is being constructed using traditional building methods, combining quality materials with considered detailing and a high standard of craftsmanship throughout. The homes have been designed to offer generous proportions and a greater sense of space than typically associated with new-build developments.
Spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas form the heart of each home, creating light-filled spaces designed for modern family life and entertaining. Generously sized bedrooms and beautifully considered bedroom suites continue the emphasis on space, comfort and quality throughout.

As main contractor, Coopers are responsible for coordinating the construction programme and trades throughout the development, ensuring consistency in workmanship, quality and finish across each of the four properties.
Once complete, Chart Sutton will combine the character and tranquillity of countryside living with the space, specification and practicality expected from a contemporary family home.
